Cream Cheese Frosting

1 c butter or margarine
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
tsp lemon extract
5 c flour
tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 c sour cream

  Preheat oven to 350.
  Cream together butter or margarine and sugar in large bowl.
  Add eggs, vanilla and lemon extract.
  In separate bowl, mix soda and sour cream. Add to above mixture.
  Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix thoroughly.
  Roll dough approximately 3/8 inch thick - do not refrigerate.
  Gently use form(s) to cut dough. Place cut-out dough shapes onto greased
    baking sheet.
  Bake 8-10 minutes. Do not over bake.
  Remove from oven and place on cooling rack; let cool completely before frosting
    or decorating.
  Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

8 oz. pkg cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla
c butter (softened)
1 lb powdered sugar

  Cream together butter and cream cheese.
  Add vanilla and powdered sugar.
  Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
  Color frosting with food coloring(s) if desired.

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c crumbled saltine or Ritz crackers
1 egg
c finely chopped onion or 1 Tbsp minced onion
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper

  Using bare hands, mix all ingredients in medium-sized bowl.
  Follow remaining instructions listed under Shape-Its Meatloafs.
