Returns
Shape-Its products are developed with the highest quality standards, but occasionally an item must be returned. If you need to return merchandise, please call our customer service department, 866.726.7257, for return authorization and shipping instructions. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm.

We will deduct a 20% restocking fee for any items returned without prior authorization.

An item may be returned for a full refund or merchandise credit up to 30 days after your receipt of the product with proof of purchase.

A 25% handling fee will be assessed if the merchandise is not returned in resalable condition.

Warranty
Shape-Its also offers a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty in the unlikely event you receive defective product. Just send in the defective product with a short description of the problem. Once we verify the product is indeed defective we will replace the product at no charge or refund your money in full.

Goods Damaged in Shipment or Lost Shipments
We package every order in a manner to prevent shipping damage and all orders are shipped insured. But we are unable to control the shipment of the package after it leaves our warehouse. If a package is lost or damaged, we have to follow the carrier's procedures.

As a general policy, you should never accept receipt of merchandise until you inspect the outside packaging for damage.

Upon inspection, should you find the merchandise is damaged, contact your local UPS or USPS office immediately and contact us so we can file a Damage Claim Report. UPS will respond within 8 business days, USPS takes longer.

If you report to us that you have not received the item we shipped, we can not ship a replacement item until we receive word back from the from the carrier that they have lost the package. In most cases, UPS is able to locate the package and you should receive it within a few days.

Gift Exchange
If you received a gift purchased directly from Shape-Its and you choose to return it, we will gladly exchange the item for another of like value or issue a Shape-Its credit towards a future purchase.

Shipping Time
Generally, orders are processed and shipped the same day they are placed up to 3pm EST, however delays sometimes occur. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer are subject to their availability and may take longer to ship.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship on Monday (except if Monday is a holiday). Orders placed on Thursday requesting 2-Day delivery will not be delivered until Monday. Orders placed on Friday requesting Next Day delivery will not be delivered until Monday. If you have a question please feel free to call our customer service department at 866.726.7257.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on all shipments to Utah only.

International Orders
Shape-Its will only ship to addresses located in the continuous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses and Canada at the standard shipping & handling rate. All orders from outside of these areas will be assessed additional shipping charges.

Credit Cards and Security
Shape-Its accepts payment by MasterCard and Visa and we offer several ways to complete your transaction.

We are concerned about on-line security and transmitting of personal and credit card information. For this reason we provide a secured server protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts all sensitive information transmitted over the Internet.

Should you prefer not to submit your credit card information on-line or wish to pay by personal check, please call our customer service number to place your order.
For your protection, orders over $100 that are shipping to an address other than the billing address, may be subject to phone verification.

Order Status
Please call customer service at 866.726.7257 to check the status of your order. Customers will be emailed if the item ordered is out of stock.

We denounce the practice of unauthorized bulk emailing, also known as "SPAM Mail" and respect your rights of privacy.
Our policy is to protect your confidentiality, therefore, we will only send email to you if pre-authorized to include your address on our mailing list.
